The SAPC annual conference brings together researchers and educators from the primary care community to showcase their latest studies on any aspect or issues relating to primary care. This is a great opportunity for you to share your work, join the conversation and shape the future of primary care.
We have an excellent line up of keynote speakers and the remainder of the programme will consist of presentations selected from submitted abstracts as oral presentations, elevator pitches, posters and dangerous ideas. This year SAPC welcomes abstracts for a new Educational doctoral research stream. This session, co-hosted by the Education Research SIG, invites presentations of masters and doctoral research work in progress to a panel of experienced researchers. This stream offers you the opportunity to present an element of your research project, then ask questions of, and receive feedback from both the panel and session audience. Successful applicants will also be offered the opportunity to develop a publication with expert commentary for the ‘Education for Primary Care’ (The Green) journal.
We have a number of bursaries and prizes on offer.
The social programme will start with a welcome drinks and buffet in the Mead Gallery at the Warwick Arts Centre on Wednesday 12th July and continues with the conference dinner in a marquee at Wroxall Abbey Hotel and Estate on Thursday 13th July 2017.
We look forward to welcoming you.
