1st July 2019 - call for abstracts opens
1st September 2019 - abstract submission deadline for presentations and workshops (please note workshop deadline extended - was 31st July)
15th September 2019 - confirmation of acceptance will be sent by email
17th October 2019 - earliest deadline for hotel bookings - check details in venue below

It will be held on the main campus of the University of Central Lancashire in Preston.

Rooms must be booked no later than 27th October 2019.
Individual cancellations can be up to 12pm on the prior day of arrival.
