The presenting author must register to attend the conference.  If you have not yet registered please go to SAPC ASM 2024 -Bristol Conference Tickets | SAPC. Registration closes 12th June.

Oral presentations

15 minute slots (10 minute presentation, 5 minute discussion)

Lightning presentations

5 minute slots (Updated to 3 minute presentation, 2 minute discussion)

If you are unsure of your presentation timings, you can find these here. Full oral are in blue and Lightning are in amber.

Format for Oral and Lightning presentations: PowerPoint widescreen 16:9 Landscape 

Please submit your PowerPoint presentations in advance of the ASM to office@sapc.ac.uk by 16th June. Please also bring a copy of your presentation with you. Receiving your presentation in advance will help the technicians prepare and ensure that the audio-visual facilities run as smoothly as possible. You may update or replace your presentation in the speaker preview room at the conference. If you prefer to bring your presentation with you please check it in with speaker preview at least 2 hours before your session (if presenting on Thursday/Friday you may check it in the day before). Please save your presentation with the file name using the programme number first followed by your full name e.g. 1A.1 First name Last name.  This will help us file your presentation in the correct programme slot.

Poster presentations

5 minute slots (Updated to 3 minute presentation, 2 minute discussion)

Format: PowerPoint widescreen 16:9 Landscape, 1 slide

Posters will be displayed on 55" plasma screens

Recommended font size – minimum 16 point

Please submit your PowerPoint presentations in advance of the ASM to office@sapc.ac.uk by 12th June. Note that for consideration for the poster prize, posters must be received by the deadline of June 12th.
