One Full Bursary Available for Medics - Lab Techniques Course 2025

Lab Techniques in Mammalian Cell Biology is a three-day University College London course with intense lab practicals combined with lectures.  The next course will take place on 14th-16th July 2025 and usually costs £975.  However, we are offering 1 full bursary for medics.  Please complete the short application form at: Full Bursary Application Form for Medics - Lab Techniques in Mammalian Cell Biology Course 2025 to apply.

The course will equip you with advanced skills in mammalian cell biology and provides a framework with which to design your own experiments.  The lab practicals take place in small groups with a tutor and a dedicated team of technicians on hand.  

There are many Q&A opportunities with Professor Gout and the other scientists teaching on this course.  There is also a reception party where you can network with your colleagues.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

The Lab Techniques in Mammalian Cell Biology course has been approved for CPD purposes by the Royal Society of Biology and can be counted as 72 CPD points.

The deadline for bursary applications is: 5pm on 14th March 2025.
