SAPC Executive - what's involved

The executive committee meet in-person approximately 3 times a year.  

In person meetings are held in Birmingham from 11:00 to 15.00. 

Expenses

Travel expenses to attend executive meetings or other meetings on behalf of SAPC will be reimbursed.

In recent years the SAPC treasurer and executive have agreed that the registration fees for attendance at the ASM for elected and co-opted members will be covered by SAPC when funds allow.  To be confirmed by the executive each year.
