Conducted by Dr. Sakthi Karunanithi, Director of Public Health, Lancashire and a qualified teacher of simplified kundalini yoga from the Temple of Consciousness, Azhiyar, India, you’ll have the rare opportunity to learn simple techniques to relieve stress and to be part of a network to correlate current scientific concepts and research with yoga as the timeless science of unified living.
