Annual SIG face to face meeting at SAPC 2024.

We had an online meeting scheduled for early 2024 with a guest speaker but the speaker was unwell on the morning. We are aiming to rearrange the meeting / presentation for March 2025.

Newsletters help members share the latest research in quality and safety – both their own research and research they have read.

Face-to-face meetings allow networking opportunities and enables discussion for collaboration.

How affiliation with SAPC has helped the SIG

Provided a face to face meeting space at the ASM which allows for a different kind of conversation compared to online meeting.

Legitimises the group as bonafide UK researchers in quality and safety.

Allowed us to better network using the whole SAPC mailing list to highlight key events, the latest research outputs and newsletters.
