Conference venue

The conference will be held 8-10th July at Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel

The evening drinks and dinner will be on 9th July at National Museum Cardiff

What are the registration fees?

What is included in the registration fee?

Access to the conference and refreshments on the days purchased

N.B. Attendance at the conference dinner at National Museum Cardiff on 9th July must be purchased as an additional ticket

Are there any bursaries available?

There are up to 10 bursaries available each year https://sapc.ac.uk/funding-opportunity/sapc-annual-conference-bursaries

How do I register to attend?

Attendance is in-person only via pre-registration

Registrations can be made by yourself or on your behalf by a colleague.

Whoever makes the registration will need to be logged into the website to enable them to purchase tickets https://sapc.ac.uk/user/login You will need to create a login if you do not already have one.

Payments can be made by card via the checkout.

If you wish to pay via invoice then please type "Pay by invoice" in the PO field and we will forward the invoice to you.

ASM deadlines

  • 31st January - Abstract submission closes
  • 19th March - SAPC will notify of acceptance to present
  • 31st March – If successful, confirm your acceptance to present
  • 23rd May - Early Bird tickets close
  • 30th May – SAPC bursary application deadline
  • 23rd June – Registration for conference and dinner attendance closes

Conference accommodation

A preferential rate of £135 per room, per night for single occupancy B&B is available at the conference venue Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel by calling the hotel directly on 029 2043 5000 and mentioning the event name. This rate is limited and is available on a first come-first serve basis.

How do I access the conference materials?

An detailed programme will be added to the website. Printed programmes will be available to delegates on arrival

An abstract book with DOI link will be published and available via the website after the conference
