Presentations SAPC ASM 2025

Presented abstracts will be included in the book of abstracts, produced after the ASM, which will have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) reference.

Oral presentations

Full oral presentation - 10 minute presentation, 3 minute discussion

Lightning presentation - 3 minute presentation, 2 minute discussion

Format: PowerPoint - widescreen 16:9 - Landscape 

Save your presentation as:

Day_Room colour_Presentation time_Presenter name_Submission number

e.g. Tues_Red_14:15_KatieTrace_302

Please send your lightning or full oral slides to office@sapc.ac.uk by 30th June. You may amend these in the speaker preview room at the ASM if necessary. This must be done at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation session. Receiving your presentation in advance will help the technicians  prepare and ensure that the audio-visual facilities run as smoothly as possible.

Please also bring a copy of your presentation with you on USB.

Poster presentation

Poster presentation - 3 minute presentation, 2 minute discussion

Poster format: Printed poster size A0, portrait orientation preferably sustainable material. Many companies offer various sustainable printing options, including the use of recycled materials, eco-friendly inks, and carbon offsetting initiatives so please use these if you can.

Bring your poster with you to display in advance of your presentation session. Please take your poster home with you at the end of the day (or at lunch time on Wednesday if you are in poster session 2). The conference committee can’t hold onto any posters after the conference or return any in the post.
