Dr Zoë McElhinney is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of St Andrews and a GP in semi-rural practice in Perthshire.
Her academic work is focused on medical education. She has extensive experience as a medical educator, encompassing both undergraduate and postgraduate roles, and is currently Academic Lead GCM in the Scottish Graduate Entry Medicine programme (ScotGEM). Her research interests include GP Academic careers, community based medical education including Longitudinal Integrated Clerkships (LICs), and narrative research methods.
