Stephen J Woolford is an academic doctor and GP Registrar dedicated to improving healthcare through research and evidence-based practice. As an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow in General Practice at City St George’s, University of London, his research focuses on managing primary care workloads, optimising workforce resources, and enhancing population health. Currently, Stephen is Co-chief Investigator of The Hidden Workload Study, a national mixed methods research study exploring unrecorded and overlooked work in general practice.
