Dr Kuljit Singh is an Australian GP, Lifestyle Medicine Fellow, and nationally recognised leader in social prescribing. As National Chair of the RACGP Social Prescribing Specific Interests Group and National Chair – Primary Care at ASPIRE, she is a driving force behind embedding whole-person, community-connected models of care across the country.
Kuljit brings deep expertise in addressing the social determinants of health, strengthening primary care, and championing person-centred, preventative approaches that support physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Her work spans clinical practice, policy advocacy, community engagement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
She also contributes her leadership to organisations including Everybody NOW! and the Gold Coast Sport and Physical Activity Strategy Advisory Group, reflecting her commitment to building healthier, more connected communities.
Kuljit joins the ASLM Board as a newly awarded Fellow (FASLM), bringing passion, vision, and a steadfast belief in the power of Lifestyle Medicine to transform lives and systems.
