Angela Flynn is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of St Andrews and a research pharmacist with extensive experience in medical and pharmacy education across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She leads the Agents of Change programme within ScotGEM, promoting healthcare improvement and change management leadership through experiential learning.
Her research focuses on multimorbidity, evidence-based medicine, and pragmatic methodologies to advance clinical effectiveness in primary care.
Angela also works with NES as a National Specialist Postgraduate Tutor, developing research capability within the pharmacy profession. She is committed to collaborative working across the NHS and universities, engaging in interdisciplinary research, clinical trials and contributing to international studies that strengthen evidence-based practice globally.
