Sam Warne is a postdoctoral research fellow in Public Health and Primary Care, within the Population and Behavioural Sciences Division of the School of Medicine in St Andrews. 

Completing his PhD in the School, Sam’s research interests predominantly lie around the use of behavioural interventions in the prevention and management of disease, particularly that of physical activity. His current posts involve overseeing the EAGLE Golf for Health project, which aims to utilise local physical activity opportunities across Scotland to help benefit the physical, mental and social health of those who are previously inactive; as well as work around Clinical Academic career paths, and the use of point of care testing in.
