SAPC Executive - what's involved

The executive committee meetings approximately 6 times a year.  Since the start of the pandemic we have met on Zoom but in future we hope to hold one or two meetings per year in person and the remainder (probably 3 or 4) will be on Zoom.  

In person meetings last from 11 to 15.30.  Zoom meetings vary from 2 hours to 4 hours duration.

For a number of years the executive met in Birmingham but the venue will depend on the executive and ease of travel. 

Expenses

Travel expenses to attend executive meetings or other meetings on behalf of SAPC will be reimbursed.

In recent years the SAPC treasurer and executive have agreed that the registration fees for attendance at the ASM for elected and co-opted members will be covered by SAPC when funds allow.  To be confirmed by the executive each year.
