2023 ePoster presenters

There will be 5 ePoster viewing stations at the conference.  The posters will be on a timed loop and viewers will be able to move on to the next poster if they wish.

Discussion for ePosters has been scheduled during the breaks.  Please see the programme for details.

Presenters are asked to go to their station a few minutes before the discussion starts to meet the facilitator. 

Your slot will be for a 6 minute pitch plus 4 minutes Q&A.

 

Poster format

PowerPoint or PDF, single page

Landscape format (16:9 widescreen ratio)

Dimension in pixels - 1920 wide x 1080 high

Recommended font size – minimum 16 point

Please send this to office@sapc.ac.uk by Friday 30th June, using your abstract talk code and your name e.g. 1A.1 Sarah Taylor as the file name.

 

Posters will be displayed on 55" plasma screens and facilitator led discussion will be held throughout the breaks. 

 

The poster presenter will be required to register to attend the conference.

Poster abstracts will be included in the book of abstracts which will have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) reference.

The abstracts of presentations are available on our mobile friendly website.  You will be able to access them throughout the conference using your mobile device or laptop. 

Press attendance

We are expecting some journalists to be present at the conference. If you do not wish your work to be reported please state this at the beginning of your presentation.  Please also email office@sapc.ac.uk before 9am on Friday 30th June and we will inform the journalists so that they can respect your wishes.
