Applications are invited for a 0.6 FTE Clinical Lecturer in Primary Care Mental Health at the Research Department of Primary Care and Population Health (PCPH).

PCPH is one of the foremost departments of Primary Care internationally, and one of the largest in the UK.  We are part of the UCL Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care . 

The role will include leading a substantial programme of MBBS teaching in Primary Care Mental Health, and the setting and marking of assessments. The postholder will provide support as required for early career researchers in PCPH, including PhD students and Academic Clinical Fellows.

The post is part time at 0.6 FTE and is available from September 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Key Requirements

Applicants must have a degree in Medicine and be clinically active in General Practice, and must remain so for as long as they are in this post. The successful candidate will have a track record of biomedical or health services research demonstrated through publications and grants. Candidates will be expected to adapt teaching methods according to learner needs, curriculum requirements and context.
