How to request support from SAPC
SAPC is one of the accredited Specialist Societies for ACCEA and is able to support new applications for gold, silver or bronze level awards with a citation and a ranking depending on the assessment by the SAPC awards panel.
This year Specialist Societies are not able to support applications for renewals with a citation, only applications for a new level of award.
To be considered for support please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of January 2021. Please state the level of application applied for.
Send your application and draft citation to email@example.com before 12.00 on 18th February 2021 for our panel to review.
If you wish to apply to RCGP for support as well please contact RCGP separately firstname.lastname@example.org by the same deadline.
Information for Citation
Please send no more than 150 words to highlight your relevant achievements. This text should not repeat the same information given in your personal statement. Do not be overmodest; emphasise work you have done for patients, the NHS and the College (or other relevant organisations) on a national or international scale (examples include membership or chairmanship of committees, examiner appointment, published articles etc).
Senior Academic GPs who are members of SAPC may request support from SAPC for their applications.
